PROJECT:
Marco offered its guests corporate housing with fully-furnished apartments from Miami to Orlando for extended stays of 7 days or more. I created the “Twice the Space, Half the Price of Hotels” branding message that appeared in newspaper and direct mail advertising. But it was my radio copywriting and production that I loved the most. They included quirky story lines and creative scripts with wonderfully talented voice actors. The results? Annual sales grew from $400,000 to over $4 million within 4 years!
